Narrow profile doors bear certain challenges for PVC door manufacturers. The Dr. Hahn KT-SV hinge assures that small-sized doors up to a weight of 80kg/ 175lbs will no longer be a subject of sagging. Three different frame component widths are available for this hinge (12, 15 and 20mm). Dr. Hahn only uses top quality materials and guarantees easy handling in production as well as effortless adjustments in the field. As from March 2010 we also offer self tapping-screws with the KT-EV hinge which reduces the installation time significantly. Even though mostly used on smaller applications the Dr. Hahn KT-SV hinge comes with a CE-Certification, hinge class qualification number 12 for an extreme applied load.
